A few new links added in government, Checkout the Harris County Courts site, looks like it will be a good one. Also one new link in the art section.

Well there's a new little java script at the bottom written by Chris Skinner. I haven't decided which scroller to use yet maybe I'll use both. There is a new church section, If you have a church online and
would like to be listed just let me know and I'll link you.

New stuff..... A little bit of java on the front page. There is a whole new section for Galveston. So be sure and check it out... Also there is a churches icon added haven't designed the page for it yet but should have it by next week. I've been so busy working on The Galveston Guide I haven't had time for designing much of anything else.

Well Its been a while since I've updated the what's new page. I've updated the pages several times but never added anything to the what's new section. Anyway I have been playing with shockwave and Java and am looking at
ways to integrate them into the site. So look for some interesting new features in the near future. There are many new links especially in the clubhouse area. I am trying to figure out a way to make this section not so random. I might break up this section into subsections fairly soon.

I decided that I didn't like one of the features in frames for netscape. It seemed to keep you locked in to our site regardless of what site you went
to it always kept our frame at the top of the site. Well it should work like any site now and If you leave our site through a link there will be no remnants of our site still in your browser.
I think this should be the default for the viewer but its not. After browsing other sites with frames I was getting annoyed by this little quirk of never really leaving the site completely.
Due to the updates and new graphics I've been getting behind on the new links. So this week there are many new links. There have been
updates made in the Arts, News, Clubs, Medical, Sports, TV & Radio, Weather, and Entertainment.
We have also been designing a major site for Quorum. This site is still being worked on but its worth a look. Check out the products section.
11/14/95
What's new is a section devoted to telling about what is new with this site and any of our current design projects.
We have updated the design of the site. There are several new graphics and a new home page that should load twice as fast and look better with viewers other than Netscape.
We have taken advantage of some of Netscape 2.0 new features so you will miss a lot without this browser. However we still tried to design it to be compatible with older viewers.
There are a few new links such as the Wall Street Journal business page. We are also working on a new national site. It is still in the early stages of design. click here, If you want to get a sneak preview of the design.
If you have any suggestions or know of any good Houston links, please let me know. I occasionally miss something that might be interesting.
Most people don't think we provide a link to the houston real-time traffic report, however it is accessible by clicking on the road of the houston map. I will also add a link in the government section.
Well that is about all that is new this week.
