Founded in 1976, the Yogurt Culture philosophy is focused on Yogurt Excellence. The Yogurt Culture pioneered soft frozen yogurt retailing throughout North America. The flavors, qualities and characteristics most desired by the marketplace were tested from Florida to Toronto, Carolina to Colorado.

In 1991 we introduced our exciting innovative new products, Premium NonFat and UltraLite Dry Frozen Yogurt Mix. These revolutionary new products not only have the economic advantages of a dry mix, but for the first time, they have the taste, quality and customer appeal as good as, and often better, than traditional wet mixes! The Yogurt Culture Brand formulations were tested in the marketplace for two years and were overwhelmingly accepted in competition with the traditional wet yogurts including TCBY, Columbo and Honey Hill.
